Bio

Alina joined our team in April 2019 and is now a postdoctoral researcher working on projects to childhood adversity, meta-science, and the Fear Profiles project. In the Fear Profiles project she focuses on measuring freezing-like behavior in humans in collaboration with Karin Roelofs, Donders Institute. Alina studied Psychology at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and completed her Master’s thesis at Charité Berlin. In addition to her research, she is also a trained systemic therapist. Currently, she is studying medicine and continues to support our team on a part-time basis.
